What will happen if an employee leaves the company in between the allocation cycle? What will happen to its budget?

When an employee leaves the company during an ongoing allocation cycle, their allocated budget will remain in their reward wallet unless manually deallocated. The system does not automatically return the unused budget to the company’s wallet. To remove the budget, the administrator must deallocate it manually. 

Note: Once the employee is marked inactive, they will no longer be included in future allocation cycles.
